Shipping & Returns
We ship to Australia via Australia Post Parcel Post and Express Post. The cost of shipping is based on weight, as per Australia Post guidelines, plus the cost of the shipping bag or box. Our cheapest postage option will allow delivery of 3 bars of soap. We do not make a profit on the cost of shipping.
Our soaps are packaged carefully but we cannot take responsibility for the care of the package once it leaves our hands. Very rarely a package may be damaged, delayed or lost during transit. If there is any problem with your delivery please contact us and we will do as much as we can to help you.
Our turnaround time is usually 1-3 business days, however delays can sometimes occur. We will inform you if there may be a problem with your order.
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete & accurate. We can not take any responsibility for incorrect entry of address details. The customer is liable for any additional shipping cost incurred by us due to incorrect address details provided.
As our products are of a personal care nature we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened, and/or used soap, so please choose carefully. If you wish to return your unopened soap it must be returned within 30 days, with undamaged packaging. The customer will be liable for the cost of return shipping.
